Meet Dr. Boylan
Patrick T Boylan, MD
Dr. Patrick T. Boylan of Lake Physical Medicine offers comprehensive
interventional pain management therapy to his patients in Mentor, Ohio. He uses
innovative techniques like regenerative medicine, epidural spinal injections,
EMG’s (An electromyography (EMG) is a medical test that measures the electrical
activity in your muscles to evaluate their health and the function of the nerves
that control them) and joint injections to treat long-term pain including back,
neck, carpal tunnel, and arthritis pain. Dr. Boylan works closely with the local
medical community and physical therapy community to provide the highest level
of care to those who suffer from pain and strives to help patients live productive,
pain-free lives.
Dr. Boylan is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain
Management and Electromyography. He received his medical degree from the
Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine and an Interventional Pain
Management fellowship in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Lindsey Keefe is a certified Nurse Practitioner with a long history of patient care.
Lindsey’s desire to work with and help patients stems back to her 5 years as an RN
in acute/intensive care before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2016. Her dedication to nursing and patient centered holistic care have made her an integral part of Lake Phys

Lindsey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Allegheny College, a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Kent State University, and a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati.
